    Honestly what you expect

    Do they work? I'm going to say yes more than no, and I am a heavy consumer already. They do seem to make me sleepy, however that taste is something you truly must pull through like a shot and chase it was a dessert and a drink cause wowza the taste is STRONG and nothing like blue razz. I dont know if I would purchase this exact one again, but it did seem to work some so I'd be willing to try other things from the site.
